Fish Processing Reservations

Action Required: H&M Landing recommends that all customers make fish processing reservations as soon as they book their fishing trip.

If you do not have a reservation when you return to the dock, we cannot guarantee the processors will be able to handle your catch. Most boats are prepared to fillet your fish for a fee if needed. If you are unsure if your boat provides fillet service, please call our office at (619) 222-1144 to confirm.

17 anglers: 14 Yellowtail, 13 Calico Bass, 13 Barracuda, 12 Red Rockfish, 11 Whitefish, 10 Rockfish. Tomorrow is a definite go! Good schools of yellowtail seen throughout the day with excellent potential for a big hit!

Trips are scheduled daily! We will run with a minimum of 10 people so please make your reservations in advance if you’d like to go! This ensures the trip is a definite go!

Tackle recommendations for island trips:

30lb flyline rod, a 40-50lb yo-yo rod and a jig stick. Remember to have fresh line on your reels and a pocket full of 1/0- 2/0 hooks. 6 oz torpedo sinkers and several yo-yo jigs like Salas 6x jr or equivalent. It’s also a good idea to bring an anchovy set up right now. Something in the 20 to 25 pound class range with small number two to number four hooks and small sliding egg or rubber core sinkers.

We are currently operating open party full day Coronado Islands trips seven days a week with departures at 5:30am and returning 6-7pm. Passport required.
